Rare! Forest Green Parker 51 Aerometric fountain pen (full-sized)

Up for sale is an uncommon Forest Green Parker 51 aerometric fountain pen. It measures approximately 13.9 cm, capped. There is no date code. The barrel and section show only signs of expected wear, with markings left by the Lustraloy cap, as the pen is posted or capped from use. The cap has no dents, and only minor marks from regular use. The jewel on the cap is in nice shape, as there are no cracks. Although the bladder is original, it is pliable and fills well. There are no engravings. The 14K gold nib is smooth, hard as a nail, and starts without hesitation. It is a pleasingly smooth writer, despite its fine nib. The tines are perfectly aligned and the nib is straight. There is plenty of iridium, also.

The pen writes with a fine nib, but perhaps you may call it extra fine, when compared to my other fine point Parker 51s. In the writing sample attached, five squares make approximately 2 cm. The ink used is Pelikan 4001 black.
